James, the property owner, bought this property on a 203k loan; with the value of a new 750SF addition calculated into the appraisal. We helped the owner fund the project, by having a perfect scope of work and budget presented to the bank. In doing so, they were able to qualify for the loan and build a beautiful addition that provided more space for their family. We remodeled the entire house and made their addition look like it was originally built.
