Our Role
Carlos provided comprehensive development oversight, helping coordinate the project from funding through construction and rental readiness.
Solving the Funding Challenge
Securing construction funding was a central challenge. A cash-out refinance of the existing property provided the capital needed to move the ADU forward.
Delivering a Rental-Ready Home
The detached, two-story ADU has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. City records show completion on June 18, 2021. The owner confirms it was ready to rent upon completion. Total ADU project cost was approximately $225,000, including construction, utilities and soft costs, according to owner reporting.
