H&M Development helps coordinate the development process and provides owner-side observations, budget review and reporting. Architects, engineers and consultants remain responsible for their contracted professional services and technical work. The property owner’s licensed contractor remains responsible for actual construction, jobsite supervision, subcontractors, construction means and methods, trade sequencing, safety, workmanship and construction performance. H&M Development provides development and owner-representation services; it does not perform licensed construction. Our scope is established with the owner for each engagement.
