The owner contacted us with the idea of building an ADU in her backyard. She needed help with designing something that would give the new ADU some yard space, without losing too much of it for her own home. We proposed multiple site plans, until she chose the one that fit her needs. We helped with the entire process from design, permits, utilities, and building the ADU. The end result was a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with its own back yard.
